Adrian Clarke is Chairman and co-founder of Tenacious Labs. He is also Principal of Delarki - an investment vehicle specialising in the international spirits industry and premium discretionary spend. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, his business interests are international.

CEO & Co-Founder

Nicholas Morland is the Chief Executive and co-founder of Tenacious Labs. He is also a Partner in Delarki and a chartered accountant with significant experience in the London international insurance market as well as in international private equity. He holds directorships in a range of geographies and industries including F&B, commodities and finance.

COO

Susie is Chief Operations Officer at Tenacious Labs. She has spent her career working internationally helping brands including Glossier, Zoopla and GiffGaff to launch, accelerate and build sustainable scalable growth. She has also helped Skype and King obtain multi billion dollar exits.

Board Director

General Sir Nick Parker KCB CBE is a Board Director at Tenacious Labs and former Commander in Chief, Land Forces of the British Army. He has served in countries including Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan. Since leaving the military he has chaired the disaster relief charity RE:ACT, the Step up to Serve campaign, and advised governments and institutions including the Ukraine and the Police.
