London-based buy-to-build company Tenacious Labs has burst into the CBD industry with a series of acquisitions, with the goal of becoming the world’s leading consumer-centric cannabinoid group.

Acquiring Colorado based company Press Pause and contract manufacturer SZM LLC earlier this year, Tenacious Labs is now bidding to build further into the CBD market over the coming months with the purchase of two further UK ventures, so far unnamed.

Looking to capitalise on consumers’ growing awareness of CBD, Tenacious Labs has planned a variety of product launches over the next year that aim to target the premium-end of the wellness and lifestyle markets.
